HOW CAN WE GET IN TOUCH?

  • IAMHER Media is my art-focused brand that creates products featuring original art.

    I started IAMHER to support survivors of sexual assault (SA), which is why a portion of profits goes to RAINN, the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization.

  • Originals are priced specifically to each piece. If you are interested in a specific original, please contact me to inquire on purchasing or for more details on pricing.

  • Always! I love supporting other artists through collaborations and am always looking for HER Advocates (ambassadors) to help spread my message. Please fill out this form for artist collabs or this form for Advocate requests.

  • Orders may be canceled or change address within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, production may have started, and changes may not be possible. Please email me at hayden@iamher.media and include your order number and reason for canceling/the new address.

  • Please contact me here or through social media within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item. Please include photos of the damage and packaging. I will be able to arrange a replacement or refund based on your situation and preference.

  • IAMHER Media donates a portion of our profits to RAINN to support their mission to help survivors of sexual violence. I also use my platforms to raise awareness and educate on SA-related issues.

  • Yes! Custom art is available on a limited basis. Please fill out this form with your request, and I’ll be in touch soon to discuss the details, timing, and pricing with you.

  • All products are made to order specifically for you and take around two weeks to be delivered. As a general rule of thumb, please allow for two to three weeks maximum. I really appreciate your patience!

  • Best bet is to get in touch with the delivery carrier, as IAMHER is not responsible for stolen/lost packages. Please make sure you add the right address as I unfortunately cannot process a refund for an incorrect address.

  • Refunds and returns are generally not accepted, as each product is made to order. If something is wrong with the item, please fill out this form. Refunds are also not accepted if an address is incorrect.
